How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 8–15 business days with tracking. Shipping is free on orders over $59, otherwise a flat $6.99.
Which countries do you ship to?
The US, Canada, the UK, most of the EU, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Adult products are restricted in some countries, so we only ship where they are legal.
What will my order look like?
A plain box with a neutral label. Nothing on the outside shows what you ordered.
How do I care for my toys?
Wash with warm water and mild, unscented soap before and after use, then dry completely. Each product page has specific care tips.
Can I return an item?
For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned. If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
